【緊急闢謠】趕快傳給長輩看！台灣鮮奶真的沒有用藥與藥物殘留的問題！

謠言滅不盡，Line分享又生！最近Line瘋傳著台灣有七成的牛奶被驗出禁藥，而且為了增加可信度，Line訊息還附上了新聞的Youtube連結。
身為推行「國健署早晚一杯奶」的營養師，真的很怕我們已經攝取不夠的乳品類又更嚴重不足，趕快來和粉絲們闢謠，也要麻煩粉絲們傳給朋友和長輩看！
首先，先說結論！鮮奶和乳製品真的沒有藥物的問題！！
這則訊息是引用了一則2013年的新聞內容，這則新聞是源自於一項十分有爭議的研究報導，研究中調查了市售多款鮮乳與乳製品，結果發現有7成的產品被驗出抗生素、抗憂鬱、避孕藥物的「代謝物」。
因此報導直接寫鮮奶含有禁藥，並寫上這些禁藥可能造成的身體危害，如：肝腎負擔、過敏等，這也等同告訴消費者，喝乳製品有問題。
但事實是這個研究與報導用了不適當的檢驗方式，也錯誤的詮釋研究數據！
當年，這則新聞出現後，引起農委會與食藥署高度重視，除了提出實驗證據，也主動抽驗報導中的商品，檢驗86項「動物用藥殘留抗生素」、塑化劑、抗憂鬱劑、止痛劑等項目。
結果均符合規範，完全沒有報導中所稱的殘留問題，因此事情就告了一段落！
但不知道為什麼，在六年後又有人挖出這個塵封於Youtube中的影片，並於Line傳散，姑且不過度揣測這個人的目的，或許只是對於食安的重視。
但我們真的不要用錯誤的舊聞以訛傳訛了！當初的研究問題百出，我就舉幾個例子和大家說明為什麼這篇訊息十分不可信的原因：
檢驗是門高深的學問，從原料採樣方式、前處理、檢驗儀器的品牌/型號，到參數設定，都可能嚴重影響數據的正確性。
為了確保檢驗實驗室的準確度，食品藥物管理署針對不同的物質，搜集了各種文獻和各國檢驗方式，一個一個的修正，確認檢驗的信度與效度（簡單來說是準確度與再現度），才制訂了公告或建議的檢驗方式。
要執行接案檢驗或簽證的檢驗實驗室，更要接受食藥署的認證，確保檢測不因「人為」、「儀器」…等而出現誤差。
然而，在這起報導中，並未提出經由認證實驗室檢驗的簽證，再加上檢驗方式的錯誤（只用了GC-MS），所以數據是值得被科學質疑的！
當初這起新聞造成了一些問題，直至今日已經6年了，還有餘孽訊息未消，可以看得出來食安謠言只要一產生，就永無止盡，只能靠大家的智慧和力量，不要分享錯誤的訊息，分享正確的資訊，才有辦法遏止謠言的散佈！
